Important dates for the DU-LLB Entrance Exam 2022:
It is predicted that the NTA will conduct the DU LLB 2022 entrance examination in the month of June. The most important dates for the examination are:
The first week of March 2022: The information for the entrance examination will be released and the commencement of the online application.
The last week of March 2022: Last day to apply for the DU LLB examination.
The last week of April 2022: The admit card for the DU LLB Entrance exam will be released.
The first week of June 2022: The DU LLB 2022 Entrance examination will be held.
The second week of June 2022: The answer key for the exam will be released by the university.
The end of June 2022: The results for the DU LLB Entrance exam will be declared by the university and admissions along with the counseling will be started.

DU LLB Syllabus 2022
The DU LLB exam consists of four different sections that are: English Language, General knowledge and current affairs, Analytical Abilities, and Legal Aptitude. The important topics of each of the subjects are given below:
English Language: Synonyms, Antonyms, Analogies, Idioms and Phrases, Subject-Verb Agreement, Grammatical errors, etc.
General Knowledge and Current Affairs: Environment, Ecology, History, Geography, Science and Technology, Industries, etc.
Analytical Abilities: Statements and assumptions, statements and conclusions, blood relations, coding, decoding, Analogy, etc.
Legal Aptitude: Indian Contract Act, Indian Constitution, Law of Torts, Family Law, Indian Penal Code, etc.

DU LLB Exam Pattern 2022
The DU LLB Entrance Examination is an objective-type question paper consisting of MCQs. There are a total of four sections in the exam that are English language, general knowledge including current affairs, analytical abilities, and legal aptitude.
The question paper includes one hundred questions and the candidates are given +4 marks for an accurate answer. For a wrong answer, the applicants are given -1 marks.
The Application Form for the DU LLB Entrance Examination:
The application form for the DU LLB Entrance Exam 2022 will be released in the first week of March 2022. The registrations for the DU LLB Entrance Exam will be commenced online and the candidates are required to fill out the application form before the last week of March 2022. The process for admission to the law courses to Delhi University is given below:
(i) Online Application filling: The candidates are required to fill out the application form first. The application form consists of two different stages. In the first stage, the candidates are required to fill in their personal details. In the second stage, the candidates are required to select their examination center, upload their identity proof, and pay the fees for the entrance examination.
(ii) Release of admit card: The admit card for the examination may be launched some weeks before the commencement of the examination. The admit card has all of the information regarding the candidates like the roll number, exam center, name, and so on.
(iii) DU LLB Entrance Examination 2022: The DU LLB Entrance exam will be held in the month of June 2022.
(iv) Release of the answer key: The answer key for the DU LLB Entrance Exam is generally launched two or three days after the exam. The applicants will be provided with sufficient time to oppose the answer key if there will be any mistake in the same.
(v) Declaration of result of entrance examination: The result for the DU LLB entrance exam might be declared two or three weeks after the examination is held. The applicants can download the scorecard from the website.
Eligibility for the DU LLB Entrance Exam 2022:
The Eligibility criteria for the candidates that want to apply for the DU LLB Entrance exam is discussed below on the basis of the categories of the candidates:
- General class applicants have to have at least 50% marks in their graduate or post-graduate degree.
- For SC/ST category, they must have 40% marks in their qualifying degree.
- For OBC, PwD, and CW categories, a minimal percentage of 45% is needed within the qualifying degree.
- For General and OBC, candidates ought to possess a graduate or post-graduate degree from the University of Delhi or some other Indian or Foreign University identified as equal via the University of Delhi.
- The applicants having a graduate or postgraduate degree or are appearing for the final 12 months PG diploma examination can also participate in the DU LLB 2022 entrance examination.
- There is no age bar to appear for the entrance examination as in line with the order of the Supreme Court of India.

The predicted cutoff for the DU LLB Entrance Test 2022:
The Delhi University releases around six to seven cutoff or merit lists after the commencement of the counseling. DU LLB 2022 Cutoff is possibly to be released after the declaration of every round of counseling. Candidates are decided on for DU LLB 2022 Counselling if they have scored the marks same as that of the cut-off marks or above in their entrance examination.

The counseling for the DU-LLB Entrance Test :
Delhi University conducts the counseling of the DU LLB Entrance examination after the announcement of admission to the seats offered by diverse DU affiliated schools. Candidates who qualify for the DU cut-off marks are invited for counseling.
To participate in the counseling, candidates have to check-in themselves and pick out the schools or applications as consistent with their choice wherein they want to take admission. Female candidates could make a total of 21 preferences and the male applicants could make a total of 17 alternatives while choosing the choices for the counseling.
The total number of seats in the Delhi University for law candidates:
There are a total of 2922 seats in the Delhi University for the candidates that want to pursue law. These seats are divided among the three campuses that are the Campus Law Center (CLC), the Law Center 1 (LC1), and the Law Center 2 (LC2).
The 2922 seats are equally divided among the three campuses that are 974 seats each.
The number of candidates that apply for the Entrance Exam:
Almost around seventeen to eighteen thousand candidates apply for the DU LLB Entrance Exam. There are only 2922 seats available for the candidates which makes the competition high.

The placements and internships that are given by the University of Delhi are very good. The candidates are given a package of around five to six lakh rupees per annum which is a very good package for beginners.
